Returns & Refunds

1. Overview

This policy applies to all products purchased from Sisumari through sisumari.com.

Sisumari produces custom printed goods, including stickers and labels, made specifically to customer specifications.

2. Change of Mind

2.1. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2.2. This includes incorrect orders resulting from:

*               spelling errors

*               incorrect artwork

*               incorrect sizing or quantities

*               incorrect delivery details

3. Manufacturing Faults or Errors

3.1. If your product has a manufacturing fault or printing error caused by Sisumari, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3.2. Claims must include:

*               order number

*               description of the issue

*               clear photographic evidence

3.3. Where a fault is confirmed, Sisumari will, at its discretion:

*               reprint the affected items; or

*               provide a refund; or

*               provide store credit

4. What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following do not constitute defects:

*               minor colour variations

*               slight trimming differences

*               expected variations inherent to print processes

*               errors in artwork approved by the customer

5. Australian Consumer Law Rights

5.1. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

5.2. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

5.3. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6. Returns Process

6.1. Do not return goods without contacting Sisumari first.

6.2. Returned items must be:

*               unused

*               in original condition

*               approved for return by Sisumari in writing

7. Shipping Costs

7.1. If a return is due to a confirmed fault by Sisumari, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

7.2. If a return is not approved, shipping costs are your responsibility.

8. Time Limits

8.1. Claims made outside the stated timeframes may not be accepted.
