1.2. The Website is owned and operated by Sisumari (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.3. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

1.4. These Terms are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place an order through the Website.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1. Any order placed through the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods from Sisumari.

3.2. A binding contract is formed only once:

* payment has been received in full; and

* an order confirmation has been issued by Sisumari.

3.3. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion prior to production commencing.

4. Custom Printing and Order Accuracy

4.1. Sisumari specialises in custom printed products, including stickers and labels.

4.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct, including:

* artwork files

* spelling and grammar

* colours and sizing

* quantities

* delivery details

4.3. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

4.4. Sisumari is not responsible for errors resulting from information or files supplied incorrectly by you.

5. Artwork, Copyright and Content

5.1. You warrant that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks or designs supplied to Sisumari.

5.2. You agree that printing your supplied content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5.3. Sisumari accepts no liability for copyright, trademark or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied content.

5.4. We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Proofing and Colour Variations

6.1. Digital proofs (where provided) are representative only.

6.2. Colours may vary between screens, proofs, and final printed products due to print processes and material limitations. Minor colour variation does not constitute a defect.

7. Pricing and Payment

7.1. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

7.2. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

7.3. Sisumari reserves the right to amend pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

8. Production and Dispatch

8.1. Production times are estimates only and commence once payment is received and artwork is approved.

8.2. Dispatch timeframes are indicative and subject to factors outside our control, including courier delays.

9. Delivery, Risk and Title

9.1. Risk passes to you once goods are dispatched from Sisumari’s premises.

9.2. Title to the goods passes only once payment is received in full.

9.3. Sisumari is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party couriers.

10. Australian Consumer Law

10.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

10.2. Where goods fail to comply with a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisumari is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.

11.2. Our liability is limited, at our discretion, to:

* replacing the goods; or

* repairing the goods; or

* refunding the cost of the goods.
